Our home base is at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, where we run classes, rent out boards and host the SUP tour to watch the most beautiful sunset in town.

Here at CSUP, you make the call. Either go on a morning paddle at a beach or lagoon destination in the city, or take a full day trip to a paradisiacal place in our state of Rio de Janeiro until sunset. Jump on our VW Van with us, we pick you up and drop you off ! Choose the destination from the list below:
