SUP Classes

We offer 3 types of SUP lessons:

  • A private lesson where a dedicated instructor accompanies you throughout, teaching technique and correcting mistakes; 1.5 hours long, theory and practice both in and out of the water.

  • A 5-lesson beginner course (flexible days and times) where you will learn from the very basics, progressing through various stages of theory and practice, until you reach the level of self-sufficiency to paddle alone anywhere.

  • SUP Surf (3 lessons) for those who already know how to paddle well in calm waters and want to start catching their first SUP waves at the beach.

In addition to our partnerships for SUP Yoga classes (private or in pairs) and SUP Pilates (basic or advanced).

Rolé

SUP Board Rental

  • We rent our individual boards or tandem boards (for two people) with all equipment included.

  • We check your skill level to determine if you can paddle alone.

  • 7 days a week with pre-arranged times at the lagoon.

  • Rentals at beaches or other locations upon request.

  • We deliver to and pick up for 24+ hour rentals or weekends/holidays.
